New private construction: an on-line guide

The National Council of Architects offers a free on-line the first of a series of books with which you want to define some standard of quality in professional services. We're talking about definitions, protocols, data performance, and a vast collection of letters, contracts, reports, forms relating to the design, management and testing of the works of private construction of new construction.

The contents are freely downloadable from the website of the National Council of Architects, and consist of three "volumes" in PDF format:
